This game does not collect, store or share any personal data. It works entirely offline on your device, contains no advertising, no analytics and no user accounts.

This policy covers the Android application Смаки України — Zahadka Empire, distributed through Google Play.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect, transmit or process any personal information. Specifically, the game does not gather:

your name, email address, phone number or postal address
your location
contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone input
device identifiers, including the advertising ID
usage statistics, behavioural analytics or crash reports

The application requests no Android permissions and has no internet access. All game content is included in the installed application.

Information stored on your device

To let you continue where you left off, the game saves your progress — money earned, restaurant upgrades, unlocked recipes, and sound settings — in the local storage of your device.

This information never leaves your phone or tablet. We cannot read it, and it is not transmitted anywhere. Clearing the application's data or uninstalling the game deletes it permanently.

Advertising and third-party services

The game displays no advertising and contains no third-party software development kits, trackers or social media components. No data is shared with any third party, because no data is collected.

Purchases

The game offers no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Any payment made for the application itself is handled by Google Play, not by us. We never see or store payment details.

Children

The game is suitable for a general audience and is safe for children. Because we collect no data at all, we collect no data from children either. We knowingly comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Google Play Families policy.

Data collected by Google Play

Google Play, as the distributor of the application, may collect information independently of us when you download, install or update the game, or when your device sends an automatic crash report to Google. That processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. We have no access to any personal data through these channels.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or erase. If you would like confirmation of this in writing, write to info@luxxo.sk and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the game introduces features that process data — advertising, for example, or online leaderboards — we will update this policy before releasing that version and change the date at the top of this page. Substantial changes will also be described in the release notes on Google Play.
