Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This app is published by Luxxo s. r. o., Karpatske Namestie 10A, 83106 Bratislava, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 53570456 ("we", "us"). For anything related to privacy, write to info@luxxo.sk.
2. Data we collect
We do not collect any personal data through the app. The game does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information, and it does not use advertising IDs, analytics tools, tracking or third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect data.
3. Data stored on your device
To remember your progress, the game saves its state (for example your money, stars, cities, unlocked recipe cards and sound settings) in the local storage of the app on your device. This information:
- stays on your device and is never sent to us or to anyone else;
- is not linked to your identity;
- is deleted when you choose "New trattoria" in the game, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.
4. Internet and permissions
The game runs completely offline. It does not send data over the internet and does not need access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts or files.
5. Purchases through Google Play
The app is sold as a one-time purchase on Google Play. The payment is handled entirely by Google, and we do not receive your payment details. Google processes the information needed for the purchase under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Google Play may also provide us with anonymous, aggregated statistics (such as the number of installs), which do not identify you.
6. If you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you, keep it only as long as needed to handle your request, and never share it for marketing. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your message (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
7. Children
The game is suitable for players of all ages. Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, it also collects no personal data from children.
8. Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Since the app itself collects no personal data, these rights will usually only concern emails you have sent us. To use them, write to info@luxxo.sk.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), dataprotection.gov.sk, or with the data protection authority in your own EU country.
9. Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and change the effective date above. Where the law requires it, we will also tell you in the app or on the Google Play listing.
