1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to Tastes of Spain (the “Game”). We respect your privacy and aim to collect as little information as necessary for the Game to function.

2. Information We Collect

The current version of Tastes of Spain does not require registration and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings or other personal profile information.

The Game stores gameplay information locally on your device. This may include:

restaurant progress and unlocked cities;
money, stars, upgrades and staff levels;
recipe, collection and achievement progress;
game settings such as sound, music and vibration preferences;
timestamps used to calculate normal save and offline-progress features.

3. Local Storage and Saved Games

Tastes of Spain uses local device/browser storage to save your progress. The Game currently uses its own save data so that progress can survive normal restarts of the browser or app container.

This saved-game information is intended to remain on your device. It is not used by the Game to build an advertising profile.

If you clear app data, browser storage, uninstall the app, reset the game, or use device-cleaning tools, your locally stored progress may be deleted.

4. Advertising and Analytics

The current version of the Game does not include built-in third-party advertising, behavioral advertising, analytics SDKs or tracking services.

If a future version introduces any third-party service that processes user data, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe that service and its purpose.

5. Internet and Third-Party Services

The core Tastes of Spain game is designed to run without sending gameplay information to an external game account or cloud profile.

If you access the Game through a platform such as Google Play, the platform itself may process information under its own privacy policy, for example information needed to download, install, update or secure apps. That platform processing is separate from the Game's own local save system.

6. Permissions

The Game itself does not need access to your precise location, contacts, camera, microphone or personal files in order to provide its restaurant-management gameplay.

Some devices or distribution platforms may expose standard system functionality independently of the Game. Any permissions added in a future app build should be reviewed against this policy before release.

7. Children's Privacy

Tastes of Spain does not knowingly ask players to submit personal information through the Game. Because the current Game does not contain account registration, chat, social messaging or user-generated profile features, it does not intentionally collect those categories of personal information from children through gameplay.

8. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell personal information. The current Game does not transmit its locally stored save data to advertisers, data brokers or analytics providers.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Gameplay data stored locally remains on the device until it is overwritten, reset or removed through app/browser storage controls, or until the app is uninstalled in a way that removes its local data.

Because the current Game does not maintain a remote player account or cloud save database, there is normally no separate server-side game profile for us to delete.

10. Security

We design the Game to minimize data collection. Keeping normal game progress locally reduces the amount of player information that needs to be transmitted or stored remotely. No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also protect access to their own devices.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the Game changes, if new features are introduced, or if legal or platform requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will indicate the latest revision.
