Explore 23 dishes and drinks, including onion soup, croque-monsieur, tarte flambée, bouillabaisse and canelé. Serving a new dish unlocks a recipe card with a note about its origins.
Five cities, changing challenges
Paris introduces rainy-day crowds, Strasbourg an oven-timing challenge, and Marseille cruise-ship arrivals. Lyon brings VIP guests; Bordeaux adds dish-and-drink pairings.

Balance kitchen capacity with seating and service. Hire a chef, waiter, cashier and busser, then improve the stations and staff that hold up the restaurant. Daily specials, food critics, feast bookings and city goals keep the business changing.
