What information the game uses

The only information the game handles is your game progress, such as your money, stars, unlocked cities and restaurant upgrades. This is saved in the app's local storage on your device so you can continue where you left off. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and we have no access to it.

You can remove this saved progress at any time by clearing the app's data in your Android settings or by uninstalling the game.

What the game does not do

• It does not ask for your name, email, phone number or any other personal details.
• It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
• It does not show advertisements or contain in-app purchases.
• It does not use analytics, tracking or advertising identifiers.
• It does not share or sell any data to third parties.

Google Play

The game is distributed through Google Play. When you download or update it, Google processes information under its own Privacy Policy. If you have chosen in your Android settings to share usage and diagnostic information, Google may provide us with aggregated, anonymous statistics such as crash reports and install numbers. These do not identify you personally, and we use them only to fix problems and improve the game.

Children

The game is suitable for players of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal data from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it.

If you contact us

If you write to us by email, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We process this on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering your request (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and keep it only as long as needed to handle it.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Since the game does not collect personal data, we will normally hold nothing about you, but you are welcome to ask us at info@luxxo.sk.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.

Changes to this policy

If the game changes in a way that affects your privacy, for example if we add new features, we will update this page and change the effective date above. Please check it from time to time.
