Who we are

The app Tastes of France – Bistro Empire (“the game”) is developed and published by Luxxo s. r. o., a company registered in Slovakia (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the game and for this privacy policy.

Data we collect

We do not collect any personal data through the game. In particular, the game does not:

• require you to create an account or log in;
• ask for your name, email address, phone number or location;
• access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files;
• contain advertising or third-party advertising networks;
• use analytics, tracking or crash-reporting services;
• offer in-app purchases.

Data stored on your device

To remember your progress (for example your money, stars, unlocked cities and settings), the game saves a small amount of game data locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us or anyone else. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app’s storage in your Android settings or by uninstalling the game.

Google Play

The game is distributed through Google Play. When you download or update it, Google may process information about you and your device under its own terms. We do not control that processing. Please see the Google Privacy Policy for details.

Children

The game is suitable for a general audience. Because we do not collect any personal data from anyone, we also do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

If you live in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you rights such as access, correction and deletion of your personal data. Since the game does not collect personal data, we generally hold no data about you. If you contact us by email, we use your message and email address only to reply to you, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Slovakia this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky).

Changes to this policy

If we change how the game handles data, for example by adding new features, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
